WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We are a Northamptonshire-based hire company. Enquire with us to see if we can cover your location.
CAN WE COLLECT FROM YOU?
Unfortunately not, as we take full responsibility of the installing our hired items. This means you can sit back and relax whilst we take care of this for your special day.
HIRE
HOW LONG IS HIRE?
Our standard hire is 2-3 days depending on your venue. We can either set up on the night before or the morning of the event. We will usually collect the hired items the next morning. If your venue requires them to be collected the same night, let us know and we can sort something out.
DO YOU OFFER A SETUP SERVICE?
Yes, we offer a full setup service. This means you can hire all the elements for your day and we will setup and take down for you.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The full cost of the neon includes delivery, setup and collection. Depending on location there might be an extra charge for travel. There is a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking which is taken off your remaining balance.

MY VENUE NEEDS TO BE CLEAR ON THE NIGHT, IS THIS A PROBLEM?
Please let us know and I am sure we can work around this!
WHERE CAN I PUT UP THE NEON SIGNS?
Anywhere inside as long as there is a power source nearby. Being as our weather is so unpredictable we cannot guarantee that our signs can be used outdoors but this is possible in good weather. If you would like your neon sign outside then please let us know.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?
Hardly anytime! It all depends on how easy it is for us to access your venue.
DO YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO PARK OUTSIDE?
Yes as part of the terms and conditions of hire, the venue or delivery address must be accessible to us. If it is not safely or easily accessible we will not be able to deliver the items and you will still be liable for full payment.
DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE THERE WHEN YOU DELIVER THE ITEMS?
Yes, we need someone to be there to sign for the items. The person signing for the items must be the person responsible for hire unless it is agreed with us in advance to let someone sign on your behalf.
NEON
WHAT ARE YOUR NEON SIGNS MADE OF AND HOW SAFE ARE THEY?
Our LED neon produces relatively no heat, there is no gas or risk of shattering/breakage of glass like traditional Neon. It is made entirely of PVC and acrylic which is safe to touch and good for the environment. Our neon signage is made up of flexible LED neon, which is designed specifically to replace traditional glass, neon signage. Our LED neon is safe, reliable and more robust than traditional neon. They’re connected using a standard power socket, 12V and fitted with a transformer. They’re super safe and reliable.
ARE THEY SAFE?
Yes, our LED neon signs produce very little heat. They are constructed of PVC and acrylic, which means they are at no risk of shattering/breakages. We obtain PAT Test certificates for all of our electrical items too.
HOW LONG IS THE CABLE?
The cable measures 2m per neon sign. We are always happy to work with your venue and can provide extension cables if needed.
GENERAL
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO WE NEED TO BOOK?
Most weddings are now booked up a year in advance so you should try and contact us as soon as possible. We can sometimes accept short-notice bookings, please message us for more info and availability.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes, all bookings are made with a contract giving you total peace of mind. We require a non-refundable £50 deposit to secure your booking. The remaining payment of the hired item(s) must be made 2 weeks before the actual event date. To make things a little more easier we do take the full payment in advance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A PROBLEM DURING MY HIRE?
We cannot foresee breakages by our customers but we always try to replace like for like or similar items. Due to the bespoke nature of some of our items, we will inform you promptly to allow you to reassess your hire. In the unlikely event that this happens then you will be entitled to a full refund for the particular item.

CANCELLATION
CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
In the event of cancellation 30 days before the beginning of hire there will be no charge to the customer; - in the event of cancellation 14 days before the beginning of hire, 25 % of the rental shall be due; - in the event of cancellation 7 days before the beginning of hire, 50 % of the rental shall be due.
CAN I REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY BOOKING?
Once you have paid the initial deposit then you cannot remove items from your booking.
PAPERWORK
DO YOU HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?
YES! Please email me your venue email address and we can email this over no problem.
ARE YOU PAT TESTED?
We carry out risk assessments for all our items to ensure items are handled and used correctly. Electrical items are PAT tested. All items are checked before and after hire and undergo regular maintenance.
